| Team Building Seminar
A team building seminar will be conducted
by Tracy Pope and Sujei Gonzalez for teams who
are interested in learning how to improve quality
and achieve better working relations.
The seminar is a full day training
session and includes two on-site coaching sessions
to insure that learning is applied and effectiveness
maximized.
Facility, training materials,
lunch, and refreshments will be provided for all
participants. The class size will be limited to
20 persons to allow for adequate question and
answer and interactive exercises.
Training Content
The Team Building Seminar will provide training
on the following subjects:
- Creating a more unified team
- Evaluating team opportunities
- Improving communication among
team members
- Designing and implementing improvements
to the work place
- Monitoring for measurable results
Cost
Cost for the seminar is $225 per person. Please
note: advance payment must be made to Tracy Pope
by June 25, 2004 Location
The training location will be National University,
9320 Tech Center Drive.
