Quality Team Training
Quality Team Training Seminars will be conducted by Tracy Pope and Sujei Gonzalez for individuals and teams who are interested in learning how to improve quality at the work place through a team approach.

The seminar is a full day training session.

Facility, training materials, lunch, and refreshments will be provided for all participants. The class size will be limited to 30 persons to allow for adequate question and answer and interactive exercises.

Training Content
The Quality Team Training Seminar will provide training on the following subjects:

Principles and philosophy of quality management as it applies to public sector social service organizations.

Tools and methodologies for planning and decision-making.

Tools and methodologies for analysis, problem solving ,and process improvement.

Team development strategies.

Team approaches to implementation of these concepts and tools for real work applications

Cost
Cost for the seminar is $150 per person. Payment must be made to Tracy Pope by June 25, 2004.

Location
The training location will be National University, 9320 Tech Center Drive.

Training Dates
June 24, 2004 (Thursday)
Classes will begin at 900 a.m. and conclude by 500p.m.
